Among those at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for a celebration of outstanding individuals, Jess, who has been appointed one of His Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant's Cadets for the coming year in Surrey. Cadet Sergeant Jess is pictured with HM Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey Neelam Dharni Devesher MBE.   The appointment is for outstanding service, dedication and ability to act as an ambassador for the youth of Surrey. A Lord-Lieutenant’s Cadet assists the Lord-Lieutenant when required, often on parade for Royal visits.
