    Who better to learn about leadership than the retired Chief of the British Army, Sir Peter Wall? This morning our students leadership team of junior and senior prefects together with the Head Boy, Girl and their Deputies enjoyed an inspirational talk by Sir Peter. Last night Sir Peter who is Chairman of the Gordon Foundation Trustees, addressed a larger audience of students, parents, guests and staff for his talk 'Global Future - Where Does Britain Now Sit?'.

    General Sir Peter Wall GCB CBE will be the speaker at our Insight Talk tomorrow (Wednesday 9th October). Sir Peter, who served most of his career in the Royal Engineers, retiring as Chief of the General Staff the Head of the Army in 2014 is Chairman of the Gordon Foundation Trustees.     Puddles, mud and blue skies, Gordon's Dash runners took Brentmoor Heath by storm on Sunday, undeterred by the 'tough mudder' conditions and notching up 2.5 or five miles each as they ran to raise money for the new sports hub and all weather pitch. Thank you to all those taking part and volunteering.

  • charity coffee morning

    Cakes, cakes and more cakes! Staff, students and parents have been busy baking for Macmillan Cancer as the school takes part in the world’s biggest coffee morning. This afternoon parents are invited to enjoy cakes (and liquid refreshments) before exeat pick up in the Dining Hall. Please visit from 2.00pm to 3.30pm and help raise money for this worthwhile cause.

    Pastels on Parade as the girls’ Houses take to the Back Field for today’s Inter-House Cross Country run. Every year group is taking part in this hotly contested race with Year 7 students leading the races. Last year's winners Windsor are hoping to retain their crown again.

    Parachute training; flying in a C17 transport aircraft; training in the most up to date airfield defence equipment; technical instruction on the new Atlas aircraft and simulator training were just a few of the activities undertaken by our CCF Cadets during their summer camp to RAF Brize Norton. The group experienced life in the RAF first hand at the Oxfordshire base – even learning how to iron their uniforms!
