Gordon’s becomes a partner school to the Caledonian Club in Belgravia London. For the last 2 years the Pipes & Drums have played at the Caledonian Club Summer Ball and have been very much appreciated by the members. The links with the school are now growing and we are delighted to announce that Gordonians are now eligible to apply for membership via an introduction by the Head Teacher or Chair of the Gordonians.

Gordon’s School Press release August 21st 2014: GCSE Results 2014
We are delighted to announce another strong set of A and AS level results. At our busy boarding school where holistic education is truly valued, and lived every day, these results are a testament to the hugely talented and hardworking students and staff at Gordon’s.
In late July, 19 Gordon’s students travelled to Morocco to complete their Gold DofE expedition. Arriving at Marrakech airport in the early evening the group were pitched straight into the hustle of local life. An entertaining half hour wait for the bus into town was spent fending off the increasingly strident approaches by the local taxi drivers desperate to convey the group to their hotel. Suggestions of a 2 hour wait for the bus to be followed by a 90 minute hike from the bus station proved unfounded as the Moroccan public transport system whisked us away to deposit us yards from Hotel Ali.
In early July the Army section travelled to Penally camp near Tenby, Wales for this year’s central camp, run by 160 Brigade Cadet training team.
We have just been sent this photo of our Gold DofE students who have all just completed the 4 day trek and were enjoying dinner at the Asni Community Project.
