National success for Gordon’s golfers with some outstanding individual performances. At the SSGT National U18 Scratch Tournament, the team finished in first place, recording incredible individual performances from Jake, Zach and Harry. Their three scores out of four together equalled an even scratch score, 11 shots clear of second place Stowe School. Jake won the Individual Scratch Tournament with -2 par round 70 having started his round with back-to-back bogies and then shooting seven birdies up to hole 15 to reach -5 par. Zach finished third, one shot behind with an under par -1 round 71. Harry and Seb finished sixth and seventh respectively. In the SSGT National U18 Strokeplay Championships at Royal Ashdown Forest GC, Gordon’s finished in third place. Congratulations to all the golfers!
