External Contributors can:
- Bring a new perspective to a subject or topic
- Offer specialist knowledge, experience and resources
- Make sensitive or controversial topics easier to address
- Develop cultural awareness (Cultural Capital)
- Support the whole school approach to promoting British values and SMSC
- Form a friendly and potentially active link with the community and local services
- Support existing SoW by further enhancing the curriculum
- Provide students with supportive relationships between the generations and different social groups within the community
- Strengthen links and relationships within and between communities.
