James Lally, John Lewis Partnership
James is qualified finance professional for nearly 20 years, and has worked for a number of national and international companies. He has worked for the John Lewis Partnership over the past eight years in a variety of commercial and financial roles. Alongside his day job, he leads our finance apprentice scheme (previously the graduate scheme), which successfully recruits a diverse range of talented individuals. Deborah McKenzie, Chief People Office from the NHS
Our first speaker was Deborah Mckenzie. Her passion is people, understanding how they behave, and what enables them to adapt successfully to new or different circumstances. All of the roles she has had throughout her career have had a strong people focus and have enabled her to gain extensive experience of organisational change and leadership development.
