Amazing Gracie!

She has waited over a year to play the leading role in the British Youth Music Theatre - BYMT production of Michael Morpurgo’s Why the Whales Came, now Alice Kermeen is rehearsing ready for opening night on Thursday at the Theatre Royal Plymouth. Alice, who plays Gracie in this enchanting family tale set on the eve of the First World War, will perform for audiences – including Michael Morpurgo - until Saturday 21st August. A talented performer in many of the Gordon's musical shows, she was awarded first place in the Musical Theatre Class Y7-Y11 at the Godalming Performing Arts Festival in 2019 and last year passed the London College of Music Grade 7. We all wish her well on these, her long-awaited, performances!
