Examining the Oscar Pistorius case this afternoon as part of a Criminal Case Workshop were students in Years 11, 12 and 13. The group, who are interested in studying law, were taken through the famous case by Louise Musgrave of the University of Law. Afterwards they were given the opportunity to speak to Gordonians in the legal profession about careers. They mesmerised congregations with their performances during the candlelit Carol Services last month in the School Chapel. Now the newly-formed Boys’ Choir have learned that they are to sing in Notre Dame Cathedral. The choir will lead a Saturday Evening Mass in July at a service expected to attract well over 2,000 people.
Tonight’s the night! No longer rehearsing at school, the Bugsy Malone cast and crew have moved to Camberley Theatre where tonight they will face their fiercest critics – Gordon’s Residential Boarders! Tomorrow night and Wednesday it’s the turn of parents and staff to watch what promises to be another outstanding production from the Drama Department.
Don’t forget to check on the tables between the Arches this afternoon before the exeat break. Any unclaimed items will be sent to charity shops or to the GSPA Second Hand Uniform. Have a great exeat weekend!

Well used to tough competition in Inter-House Sports and The Arts, today students from Years 7-10 in every House pitted their wits against each other in the first Inter-House Maths. Rising to the challenge were Victoria House in first place with China in second and Balmoral third. Congratulations all.
