On Monday 25th January 2016 the Gordon’s School Under 12 Football Team put on an impressive display to become District 6-a-side Football Champions. Eight other local schools attended the tournament which was hosted by Gordon’s School.

 

Gordon’s won their pool of matches despite drawing their first two games against Winston Churchill and Kings. Nevertheless, the team were playing with confidence and went on to win their remaining two games against Fullbrook and BDB. The final, against Woking High, was a competitive affair, but Gordon’s came out victorious with a 2-1 win, with both goals scored by Oliver Barrow, who was voted Player of the Tournament.
